I am an instructor at Midwest Photography Workshop, and I teach a makeup classes for photographers and models. I also work in their studio lighting class to demonstrate makeup technique to photographers to help to educate them about cosmetics and the value of hiring a makeup artist for their photo shoot.

As a makeup educator my services include private makeup instruction as well as a personal shopping service to help you select the right makeup products that will be the best for you skin and your look. This includes a makeup bag clean up and what cosmetics to keep and which ones not to. Your makeover will create a better version of you!
Makeup workshops are offered to small groups of 4 or less and that includes one on one personal instruction so you can apply the right cosmetics to your face correctly! Models can learn makeup tips to help them with makeup for a photo shoot in the event there is no makeup artist on set.

I will consider TESTS with established photographers for fashion/editorial models-Agency quality (5'8" and up) with excellent grooming who can add to my portfolio and provide tear sheets. The type of model I look for is intelligent and considerate - not just another pretty face.
24 hour confirmation on all shoots is REQUIRED-no exceptions.
