I own my own studio salon and love it! Shauna Miller Studio. It's where I get to utilize much of my creative energy! I love to pursue several different avenues with in my trade. Brides have been delighted, runway models thrilled, people have experienced complete transformations, and new moms have felt especially pampered. I have had the pleasure of managing cosmetics/salons as well as being an independent rental stylist. The freedom of making my own schedule has allowed me the ability to do many freelance jobs as a stylist & make-up artist. I have enjoyed doing hair and make-up for special events such as: runway shows, fashion shoots, music videos, commercial sets, local theater events and weddings! I also have incorporated my clothing line into some of my projects. The networking possibilities are endless! Using my client as a canvas, cosmetics and making beautiful hair is a creative outlet for me. Helping people feel and look their best truly inspires me. Color, design, texture, and shape are all tools that I use when creating a style. I have always striven to cultivate my skill as a stylist with advanced education. I believe that education is vital to the inspiration and continued success of any stylist. Because of that, I am committed to continue my education both in the salon world and in the academic world. In the past decade, I have been blessed by a profession that I LOVE. While I am passionate about many aspects of this profession, the creativity, personal interaction with my clients and students, and the impact I can have on them is what keeps me inspired.
