My standard rate is $60/hour or $150 per 1-4 hour session. Negotiable. I'm happy to work with your budget. However, no TFCD nor TF-anything. I treat every shoot like a professional shoot, and I expect the same. If I am going to be late for whatever reason, I always call ahead and expect the same. If I say I'm going to be there, then I'll be there. I have never cancelled a shoot the day of.
