I've been away for a year to reassess my creative goals. But I've decided to pursue photography more seriously and am enrolled in the commercial photo program at Academy of Art University. Yup, after 11 years, I'm back... ;p

First and foremost, I do this to have fun. If you're looking for the same, you seriously can skip everything else below this sentence.

I have a penchant for fashion, editorial, and narrative photography with edgy, dark, pin-up, surreal, fetish, or tongue-in-cheek touches--many times all at once. But as long as it's fun, I'm down.

I am VERY open to the ideas of others--collaboration rocks!--and would love to create strong, long-lasting, extremely creative, working relationships with other photographers, models, stylists, and anyone frighteningly creative. An off-shoot of this is my fledgeling idea to create a Bay Area based collective of like-minded folks to bounce ideas off of, team together for, and generally support each other, whether that be with shared studio space, equipment, props, clothing, locations, or other resources. And what's better than having fun with those you can work with?

Currently, I am seeking models for testing as well as potential models for artistic photo series projects. And I'm always available to shoot models who have ideas that they want to express. It's fun to help others achieve their visions. Have gear, will travel!

I shoot both film and digital, b/w and color. I would prefer local work, although travelling would not be out of the question. Shooting mostly TF* work at the moment, but always up for paid. I hate to admit it, but it's easier to have fun with cash in hand!

Seriously, I'm all for the fun. If you ain't got that, then that's one sorry little life you got there, ain't it?

I'm friends with Oliver Mendoza. He was the one that made me realize how much I like wild and zany photography. May you rest in peace.
