Experience:Thanks for taking your time to check out my profile and portfolio. I've been shooting for about 2 years professionally mainly focusing on weddings and commercial business portraits with boudoir as my creative passion. My model mayhem account is used mainly as my creative outlet and for professional development. As such I almost exclusively shoot TFCD or TFP in and around Essex and Suffolk and Norfolk. I like to work on location but also work from home having a small studio.
I have a preference for using natural light as i feel it lights the skin better reserving studio flash for occasions when natural light is limiting. Please feel free to check out my blog and website for more images.
Unlike most photographer I actually hold a degree in multimedia and have 10 years experience in web production, print and photographic post production. I have tried to give you as much info as possible so please read it.
* I only shoot TFCD or Print unless I contact you about a commercial job.
90% of my shoots via pure storm are TFCD as I use model mayhem to develop my skills and to try out new ideas. However if a client requests a model I always recommend people I've previously worked with where possible and if I get paid I expect you to get paid too.
* Location Shoots: I almost always work on location preferring to use a natural set rather than relying on dull studio settings. I do however have a studio at home as when special occasions crop up. I can also setup a studio at yours if required , you need a clean space about 12x12 feet to get a 3/4 length shot taken in. Boudoir / lingerie sessions require a room 4 times the size of a double bed and clutter free. Alternative I can shoot from my home.
* Model Preferences: I love shooting anybody over the age of 18 regardless of colour or size.
*Style: I don't generally need to shoot nude and most implied nude can be done without the need for you to get undressed. If you are looking for nude images that's fine but please make it clear that you are looking for a nude session. To save embarrassment I won't ask you.
*Hair: I prefer models to be as natural looking as possible, if you dye your hair it needs to look extra special or appear natural.
*Images: All my images are turned around in less than 7 days , full edited and available in both print quality and web ready.
*Booking a Shoot: If you want a shoot please ask, I almost never refuse time allowing. Please note my diary books up fast although I do occasional have last minute opportunities. If you don’t actually book a date you are unlikely to get one. Once you've booked a shoot please ensure you honour it. If you need to cancel make sure you give at least 24 hours notice and rebook within 48 hours. Like most photographers I take a dim view of time wasters.
Before booking a shoot please ensure
•If we are shooting at yours that's it available, free of distractions and suitable please ask if in doubt.
•If you want a chaperone that's fine but ensure they are available.
*Communication: Once booked you should stay contactable and send me your phone number. If you wish you may add me to Facebook. I will always email you 48 hours before the shoot to confirm the details. If I don't hear back from you within 24 hours I will cancel any bookings.
