About Me

Fans of Pop, Urban and Dance music must soon brace themselves for the arrival of a new superstar! Fred-Anthony hails from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, parents of multi-ethnicities. He attributes his lifelong gift and talent for music to his Grandmother. From growing up in the church and singing in the choir while at the age of 2, he would utilize every church function possible to showcase his talent which instiledl in him the needed confidence to pursue his dream. Music and entertainment are ingrained within Fred-Anthony's DNA. Between the ages of 8-10, Tony auditioned and was accepted to be mini-star for the Civic Light Opera—performing a multitude of various musical styles from Broadway and holiday classics, to movie and American standards. As an adolescent, he attended the African American Music Institute, and went to the School for the Creative and Performing Arts (CAPA), all schools located within the city of Pittsburgh. Elated to be realizing his life-long dream, he has spent relentless hours recording music for both his first mix-tape and debut album. The mix-tape—with its fall 2009 release—is a collection of songs, interludes, some sung over familiar Pop and Hip-Hop tracks that will establish his audience at the street level. Yet, it will be his debut album to be released in 2011, titled, “Undefined,” that will establish his global brand. Arrays of producers and songwriters have come on board to assist Fred-Anthony in creating a fresh and innovative sound for the new decade upon us. These individuals have provided him with a sound and vibe that are enduring and commercially appealing. They include Mark & Sylvia Bennett Smith (Destiny’s Child, Wild Orchid), Kyle Bynoe (Christian music producer), Dewayne Fulton (Christian music producer), N.U.M.S. (ASCAP Jr. Composer-Producer award winner), Jimmy Ruffin & Ne-Yo, and newcomers Rich Goods, Tommy “T-Gunz” Parker (Rodney Jerkins, Janet Jackson, Chris Brown), and John "JB" Baldivia (Tony’s longtime production and writing partner). Fred-Anthony is not your run-of-the-mill manufactured recording artist. While his style and influences reflect back to his heroes Michael Jackson, Prince and Stevie Wonder, his vibe, his focus and swagger are futuristic and a step out front of what’s going on today. Fred-Anthony is building music lyrically on a concept of being true to one’s self and rising above adversity. “You can achieve what seems unachievable if you believe,” he says. “Seek what makes you happy – and the monetary rewards will follow.” Fred-Anthony objective can be summed up in two profound words: “World Domination!”
