But I'm also a self-taught photoshop wizard... I started partly because I owned a point and shoot camera, and I'm really vain about my pictures!
In spanish, "Mano de Gato" means literally "cat's hand", but in coloquial spanish it has two meanings: "to correct ot improve someone else's work", and "cleanliness or ornament of someone's complexion, specially in the face"
BTW, it also was an old makeup gizmo made of a stick covered in cat's hair that women used to apply blush, but that's another story...
I always have loved photography but only recently got my first DSRL so I'm up for any challenges, I'm currently looking for muses and waiting for a shoot!
Taking pictures with a point and shoot and then figuring out how to make them look better made me a firm believer of this concept "the whole creative proccess of a photo doesn't end after you pressed the shutter button" (or remote).
I joined this site mainly out of curiosity... and little by little I'm liking it here, there's plenty of stuff to learn and play with!
