In a nutshell, I am:
* professional (meaning I have lots of experience in modelling, so you can get good photos faster than you would with less experienced subjects!)
* reliable (no fuss, no stress- once you've booked a date and time, you know I'll be there!)
* agency-represented, but available for freelance work (saving you literally hundreds of pounds on my agency day rate... don't tell them I told you!!)
* London-based (so I have the best connections to the rest of the country, in the country!)
* available internationally (always travelling!)
* a nomadic human chameleon
I have:
* red hair
* blue eyes
* very fair, "light-grabbing" skin
* a slim, athletic, "blank canvas" figure
* no body modifications whatsoever other than ear piercings
* travel bases/ accommodation in Edinburgh, Brighton, Bristol, Somerset, Middlesbrough and Norwich
* Mary Poppins' suitcase, but containing more clothing than standard lamps
I'm no dancer or contortionist, but I practise yoga and pilates and love to push myself to create unique, exciting and eye-catching images. I have perfectly straight, white teeth, healthy skin, and hair that is professionally maintained by one of the world's top stylists at Mahogany.
I love to shoot very simple, natural figure work and, in complete contrast, heavily styled alternative fashion, from elaborate hair and makeup to incredible latex couture, and am regularly booked for both genres of work. However, I am also capable of much more mainstream styles and am currently represented by two commercial model agencies for this type of work. I have received actor training from London's best method acting studio and enjoy putting this to good use by being fearlessly expressive in my photos!
I'm experienced enough to be able to improvise poses for entire shoots but am also good at taking direction, so we can get good photos in a shorter space of time than you might think!
I can efficiently do my own makeup to a professional standard and did the makeup in almost every photo you'll see of me. Authentic, period 1920s, 1930s, 1940s and 1950s makeup a specialty! If you have a strict spending plan but like the idea of having a stylist at your shoot, I strongly recommend investing in a good hairstylist and letting me do my own makeup for best results on a budget
My rates include complimentary wardrobe styling, including designer latex, street fashion, evening and bridal wear, corsets, lingerie, vintage fully fashioned stockings and an ever-growing designer shoe collection.
I have experience (and formal tuition with Rosie Whitney-Fish) in standard runway as well as more unusual and avant-garde fashion shows, movies and music videos, so am very confident playing a variety of roles on stage and on film. I starred in Marie Schuller's most recent fashion film, Oyster, which was released in April 2012 and is currently being showcased on Nick Knight's SHOWstudio and Imagine Fashion websites. It will tour international film festivals this summer!
I travel a LOT so even if you think I'm too far away, get in contact- I may be closer than you think very shortly
