for the red i just bleached my hair twice (which is horrible to do to your hair...but my hair is strange and can handle a lot) then I used Manic Panic Dye. Red really doesn't last long. You have to redye constantly but Manic Panic is under 10 dollars and needs dyed every 2 weeks usually.

oh hey.. i got my lolita outfit and umbralla in one of the little fetish stores in my town. but my hat i got riped off... bought it for 45$$ in a differant store but the actual hat without decorations was $3 at Micheals(the craft store) but i don't now if their a Micheals location in the US.

Try changing your diet a little. I have been eating healthier since then and my hair seems to grow very fast. dont wash your hair everyday, condition it every night or every other night but grease your scalp with a growth oil or olive oil. I know we dont have the same hair texture but my hair is straight and wavy...Im pretty sure it will work for you. But if you want it to puff up and wave in the front all you have to do is condition it leave it wet and gel the frong and back like you want a ponytail. brush only the frong and back where the gel is and let the ponytail part air dry. You can scrunch it and play with it however you want!

It's actually not a dress but a skirt and I wore a black tank top with that furry thing (not sure what it is called.. haha)
Anways, it's from a street vendor at my hometown (Korea). Who knew it would look so good in a photo?!haha
Don't think you'll be willing to travel there for a simple dress?
