Still the bright red ball in the sea of pastel.
I have been an active photographer for 35 years. I keep lighting studios where I live. The building is located close to downtown, across from a public park, in an historic district. In the studio, I use both flash and hot lights. There is an extensive wardrobe for models as well as many acessories and props.
The studio is shared with several cats that live here, they are my buddies and this is their home.
I have a background in theater and have worked full time in a 50 seat theater in Upper State New York:

I also keep two gardens outside the studio, I love to photograph in the gardens, but to be honest the gardens are there for thecats and others to relax in.
I do collaborations and planned shoots. I like to work one on one with talent. I do TFP work and do not care to charge for work done with others.
I do not do well doing vanilla images, I prefer there to be substance or I just tend to get bored and that means I will end up talking to the cats.
Timmers.

This portrait that has become my trademark, as such, is of my dear friend Shadyn, she died on Beltane Eve in 2008.
Mr. Spikey died this week (mid August 09'). I will miss the Pirate Cat a lot.
Have a nice life, I know that I am.
