READ IT ALL BEFORE YOU MSG ME
I'm all booked for August. I'm booking September, Fri-Sun.
My name is Nikki. I discovered my passion about photography a couple of years ago. During this time I had a chance to explore the different opportunities photography gives. My passion was fired by the classic B&W photography and I was blessed to work with a photographer who taught me how to process my own film and photos. The feeling of working in a darkroom is amazing and I wish every photographer could experienced it. Now, I'm all digital and I miss my darkroom but we have to be flexible.
Recently, I moved to NYC and I'm devoted to expand my horizons. I hope MM will introduce me to some creative and talented professionals.
MODELS: Include a link to a recent photograph of you. It doesn't have to be professional but I need to know how you look at present - hair lenght, color, weight, etc. Send me your current measuments, dress size, and shoe size. Even if we are not working with a wardrobe stylist, I need to know your measures today, not few months ago. Having said that, if you are not paying for a shoot which includes makeup, hair, and wardrobe in the price don't expect me to provide all of that for you for free. My responsibility is to get my light and camera ready, shoot and retouch your pictures. THAT'S IT! Your responsibility as a model is to prepare for this shoot, or pay other people to prepare it for you. I may suggest MUAs and stylists but I'm not required to do so.
WARDROBE STYLISTS: You have clothes you would really like to shoot but you don't have more than four images in you portfolio - send me photos of the clothes.
MUA AND HAIR STYLISTS: I want to see a variety and make sure you can handle it. If 8 of your 10 photos are natural, I can't really get sense of your skills. You can email me photos you made when you were practicing.
I'll be glad to discuss any work and collaboration with you as long as you are serious and professional. If you set up a date and time for a shoot I expect you to show up or at least notify me for any changes in advance.
