There's a wide variety of deep conditioning salon products that are micro emulsified and used with heat to really penetrate your hair that I'd suggest to you if we were close enough for me to see what the actual issue is, maybe try stopping by a salon and see or a supplier? They could have good recommendations for you that are more long lasting than the mayo :)

you should conctact him cause he call me up when we will work and thats it you know he is the one who will know the next day if we doing one. The trips and tricks will be fun for 10 MUA to know each other and learn from each other

It's not all it's cracked up to be...trust me lol! It's great for certain things but disappointing in other ways. Good experience and I'll get a lot of tears from it which is great but I will definitely not leave a richer MUA. I'm getting by of course but have you seen my poverty pics on my blog...point proven lol! Like anywhere else takes time to network and get a steady base of photographers and clients. Plus no black models...ever...I miss that :(
