I am a photographer and went to school for it for about a year and a half. I'm willing to do photo-retouches and the occasional manipulation. My tools include a Wacom Bamboo and Photoshop CS5. I don't do this for free, my portfolio is built up of my own photography and the edits I had to do to get to the finished product.
