I am 25 years old. (Getting up there, I know!) =P I am often mistaken for much younger however. Most of my experience in modelling came from my ex fiancee and I. We both had a passion for the art of it but were limited in resources and time. When I originally made my MM profile I was looking to expand my portfolio and have some fun, but my loyalty first and foremost was by default being "his" model and was skeptical of meeting new people and being at their disposal. I can't even begin to explain the joy I feel when I see a picture of myself that came out well and I feel expressed the deeper meaning or emotion that was intended behind it. I've done a lot of "soul searching" in this past year and have, in the end, come to the conclusion that despite the fact that "everyone" is a "model" these days it is still something I'd like to persue. I don't view it as a popularity contest, nor do I care about wearing the label of such but I miss and LOVE the feeling I would have after a successful shoot, being able to look at the photos and say "that's me! I did this!" Not only does it increase my confidence but is also the only thing aside from writing that gives me the feeling it does. I imagine it's the same for a photographer after he/she uploads the photos from their latest shoot and is satisfied with the results. I am very interested in meeting photographers that can maintain a balance between professional and casual. I also have a blast dressing up, am capable of different looks given the right hair/wigs and makeup. Very versatile. I am used to doing my own make-up and hair but if the photographer has someone they generally use for such preparations I am not opposed to it at all. I want to be the paint you use to give your vision life.. I like photography from an artistic perspective. I have respect for all forms of art, and do some painting and writing as well. I have a passion for creating things myself. I believe that anything I can use to express a deeper meaning or emotion is worth trying. I favor and lean more towards modelling of the artistic kind, however I am willing to collaborate with photographers that have something else in mind.
