If I contact you to work together please read through all of this prior to making a commitment. My time is exceptionaly valuable to me as I hope yours is too.

After making initial contact via the internet, to discuss concepts and goals I prefer to meet in person prior to the actual shoot. Feel free to bring a chaperone during our initial consultation. This isn't a date, it's a meeting to move forward.

My main purpose right now is to work towards building an agency. My business model creates a network of photographers and models with a fixed location to facilitate studio space, gallery space and rental equipment. That's the long term plan.

The short term plan is to get out there and create images worthy of both of our portfolios.

I do require two forms of ID, one photo ID (typically your drivers license) - a second to back up your date of birth (a birth certificate, medical card or passport). No exceptions.

If you are a minor and we decide to work together your legal guardian(s) must be present at all meetings, photo-shoots and directly involved in the advancement of your career. A copy of your legal guardian(s) ID presented by them is also required. I require a means to be in contact with your legal guardian(s) both via telephone and email. Again, no exceptions.

I also provide two model release forms. One for myself, one from iStock.com - both are available for review prior to meeting. If working with a minor the legal guardian will also be signing the model releases at each photo-shoot.

The immediate plan is to find one or two potential models that are serious and committed. I am looking for at least one individual who believes I can benefit them in building a foundation to become agency signed. I believe that this is the best way for me to establish myself as an agency representative. It may be a crazy idea, but it is what I have been working towards for the past seven years.


Communication, honesty, respect, trust and loyalty are the key elements to make this work.





Also, I do not pay models unless I am being paid by a third party, in which case the model will be informed and compensation will be negotiated. I am open to suggestion; although, if you believe your ideas are the highest priority to shoot - we can discuss day rates.
