In the north there is a beauty; surpassing the world, she stands alone.
A glance from her will overthrow a city; another glance will overthrow a nation.
One would rather not know whether it will be a city or nation overthrown.
As it would be hard to see a beauty like this again.

creative nyc photog always looking for like minded models, stylists,
designers and makeup artistes to make dynamite images together.
based in nyc, i use urban settings to create a gritty and
misdirection and illusion are everyday tools of magicians, but i borrow them freely to make pictures! i strive for invisibility, capturing personal moments that exist only in our imaginations. i'm drawn to unexpected genres & i'm an incurable voyeur.
your comments/critiques are welcome, and i'd love to hear from you if there's a pic you think we should make together!
Why do most great pictures look so uncontrived? Why do photographers bother with deception, especially since too often it requires the hardest work of all? The answer is that the deception is necessary if the goal of art is to be reached. Only pictures that look as if they have been easily made can convincingly suggest that BEAUTY is commonplace...
What one has most to work and struggle for in painting is to do the work with a great amount of labour and sweat in such a way that it may afterwards appear, however much it was laboured upon, to have been done almost quickly and almost without any labour, and very easily, although it was not.
an artist lies to reach another kind of truth.
