I'm an oil painter and photographer living near Tucson. Currently I'm focusing on figurative work in desert settings.

I'm always on the lookout for models - currently open to hearing from models who have interesting costuming (Indigenous, historic/vintage, western, etc.). If you have your own authentic clothing or costuming, even better.

How I work: For my non-commissioned work, I generally work from photographs when I paint. This means that as a model you won't have to hold a pose for very long since the photo shoot will be pretty typical for you :) Modeling sessions typically last about 2 hours, sometimes 3. Please note that I am a professional and expect the models I work with to be as well. Please be on time and if you can't make the shoot, please let me know ASAP. If you work with me, you'll be signing a model release. Ladies and teens: you are welcome to have a chaperone present at the shoot (underage models will be required to have a chaperone present). I do pay hourly rates for modeling time or will also barter a painting for modeling time, your choice.
