An amateur photographer with artistic and non-commercial interests, I am nonetheless deliberate to move my game to be at (or near) a professional level.
Originally drawn to landscape photography, I tend to be meditative, thoughtful and planned in my approach. I prefer natural subjects, composure and lighting. I appreciate classical form, but do my best to add an original perspective or interpretation.
I am now interested in portraiture, dance and human-form photography. I am open to work collaboratively with healthy and creative dancers, actors/models, yoga/fitness enthusiasts - any gender, age (19+), body type or ethnicity. I am OK with tattoos, piercings, freckles, moles, scars or any other 'unusual' physical features.
I understand your need to make a living. I am fine with paying reasonable fees for your time and experience. I am also willing to work TFP or TFCD for less experienced models or projects of mutual interest/benefit.
I am very trustworthy and easy to work with. I can provide references (models and photographers), if necessary. I regard all projects as a mutual collaboration.
I prefer to meet (in person or by phone) in advance of any session to: a) build rapport and trust, b) set ground rules, and c) workout project/creative details.
