About MeI am an actress, first and foremost, but I love playing dress-up and creating gorgeous/interesting photos so I'm available as a model for those photographers/MUAs/hair or clothing designers in the area who want to expand their portfolios or just create some amazing images! Mostly just work for the photos, but if you want to pay me, I'll think about it...
*I'm not going to pay you for photos or hair and makeup, so don't solicit me; but I will do TFP/CD.
I can always use good headshots, but I love to do more creative or fun or interesting photo shoots as well. I'm classy and dramatic but I can be goofy too, just not interested in being in my underwear. As long as it is a non-nude artistic or fun shoot, I am in! I love dramatic, stark images (b&w is infinitely beautiful) and whimsical and vivid images (think Amelie). I work best in a relaxed, fun atmosphere, maybe there's music or maybe we get along. For more dramatic, fashiony shots, it doesn't matter.
SHOOTS I WANT TO DO:
*I am in love with the 1920s-1950s, so if you ever want to play dress-up and do a vintage-style shoot, I am in! Especially if you have a Hair/MUA who can make me look like a silent film star. Love it. (Think Clara Bow/Louise Brooks or Zooey Deschanel's 1920s-style shoot--look it up, it's super cute!)
*I also would very much like to do a 1940s shoot soon, really itching to do one! I'd love an elaborate '40s hairstyle, though, so if there are any Hair Designers out there who happen to do that, and read this...please contact me!
-Update: just cut my hair, so this one will unfortunately have to wait.
*I would also like to do a vintage bike-riding shoot (sort of like Zooey D in 500 Days of Summer...yes, I like Zooey, in case you couldn't tell), if anyone has access to a pretty Cruiser. I think it'd be awesome to get some sunny shots in a summer dress with your artistic eye to capture the mood.
*I love Steampunk (well, let's be honest, anything vintage-inspired) - I don't own any clothes/props, but if you have access I would LOVE to do a cinematic Steampunk shoot!!! More quirky (think pilot's goggles and Jean-Pierre Jeunet) and less I'm-Goth-and-wearing-the-tightest-corset-known-to-man, but feel free to suggest something.
Contact me if you have some ideas!! Definitely open to more stylized/artistic shoots! Seriously.
**Only stipulation: Please don't over-PhotoShop me; I'm not a perfect doll and I don't need to look like one. I know they're your photos, but I really don't like that. Especially my eyes. It's just creepy.
