Hey, I am a improv/sketch comedy actress. I have been born with a great face and a CURVY body, I'm Lebanese so I also have the ethnically ambiguous thing going down. I want to start plus-size modeling (and have been told by my agents I should) but I need some fashion pics. I can do commercial, fashion, alternative and artistic shots.
FRIEND REQUESTS? Let's get to know each other first, drop me a tag or a PM with something interesting, I'm not trying to be the Tila Tequila of MM, I want to say I at least "know of" all my friends here.
-I don't do nudity, why? 'Cause I do comedy, I'm already vulnerable enough. I don't do fetish, why? 'Cause last time I checked, you and I aren't in a relationship, and my freak only comes out at night.
-If I have never met you, odds are, I would feel more comfortable and less rape-able with an escort there. I know a lot of photographers hate the escort situation, but as a compromise, I have a lot of big intimidating lady friends who I can bring. Let's face it, if your daughter was on MM trying to get TFP work, you'd wanna know she was safe. I check references like a mad woman!
-YOU HAVE TO HAVE A SENSE OF HUMOR AND LOVE TO GIVE DIRECTION, why? Cause I can take it baby, so you better be articulate enough to give it.
- No pervy GWC's. You'll waste all of our time.
- Don't bother PMing me about a non-union movie you think I would be right for and you'd like me to come "audition". I'm a SAG actress thanks, that's where I make my money.
FANTASY SHOOT (We all have one right?)- Alphonse Mucha paintings, especially the ones of Sarah Bernhardt or Dusk and Dawn. That style is compelling to me.
HOWEVER I REALLY NEED FACE/BEAUTY/FASHION/EDITORIAL STUFF, CONTACT ME FOR TFP. Basically anything Lane Bryant would love (or the Ford or Wilhelmina agent who is destined to sign me).
Commercials- Verizon, Visa, Tampax (i know, i got paid though)
Film, TV, Theatre, Comedy work, again, actress new to modeling.
Here is a copy and pasted response to a "Places to Shoot in LA" thread. Let this and me inspire ya! It's like I'm a tour guide/muse!
Runyon Canyon or Tree People in Laurel Canyon, there's a cool bridge over the Hollywood Reservoir too for nature settings
Venice is always amazing, and there's the canals
Melrose Ave for the Trendy Urban locales
Silverlake Blvd or Glendale for the Hipster Urban locales
Fountain Ave, BTW La Cienega and Crescent Heights has some beautiful buildings, makes me think High Fashion
Echo Park has the lake, on Glendale Blvd by the 101 onramp
Hollywood Forever Cemetery is always amazing
Hollywood Blvd is grimey, almost NYC circa 1995
Manhattan Beach has a trail that runs parallel to the coast, from the northern tip of Redondo to Hermosa that could be exciting.
Santa Monica Stairs always screams high fashion to me. Then there's the Pier in the same area.
Lots of interesting things in Griffith Park.
