My name is Chantel Monaghan. I am a freelance makeup artist that practices within Canberra and the surrounding districts of NSW.
Since I was a little girl I have had an unwavering fascination with makeup, hair, style and fashion, so much so, my dream was to one day become a makeup artist...
I am thrilled to announce that I can now put my new found skills and passion to good use after successfully completing my makeup artistry qualifications at the Canberra Makeup Academy.
