About MeI'm currently taking a break as a fashion design major at the Academy of Art University in San Francisco. I was living with two photography majors in the Coco Chanel Hall and became very accustomed to being photographed quite frequently.
I am currently studying cosmetology at the Cinta Aveda Institute in San Francisco.
I grew up participating in many activities, such as the San Francisco Girls' Chorus and the San Francisco Opera Company, and plenty of sports. Even when I was working in the San Francisco Opera, co-workers who were also photographers in their spare time always fancied photographing me. As a small child I did work with a company that prepared children for acting on television, movies, modeling, etc...
My goal isn't to become some model because realistically, I know that I am not tall or long enough to be one, but I truly enjoy not just being photographed, but the process of being photographed and the experience. If friends or strangers express their desire to photograph me or need help with a model, I'm always eager to help. In the same token, I look at modeling as a way to have photographs and memories to look back on when I get older. It's fun, it's harmless, it's thrilling, and I adore it.
I am petite with dark brown curly hair (which I am growing long again), dark brown eyes, and beautiful full lips. I am not tan, but will tan if need be. Last but not least, I am a lover of nude modeling—and even more so—erotic, fetishistic, sexual, pinup, lingerie, fashion, makeup, etc...
My favorite photographer for the last year and a half has been Nan Goldin. Her work is just absolutely astonishing.
I love the works of fashion photographer Ellen von Unwerth. I find her to be very sassy, playful, sexual, kinky, voyeuristic, and exhibitionistic.
I also love the late fashion photographer Guy Bourdin because he managed to create absolutely beautiful, sexual, fetishistic, voyeuristic, and somewhat sinister photographs where sex and death always seemed to come fused together.
Another photographer, although not a fashion photographer, that I love is Diane Arbus. I am truly a dark person, and I think von Unwerth and Bourdin instill some of that in their work, but Arbus really can bring out the darkness in something light. She managed to make people who were innocent look stark and sinister. That is a sign of true talent.
Other photographers that I love are Karl Lagerfeld, Juergen Teller, Annie Leibovitz, Cecil Beaton, Irving Penn, Richard Avedon, Helmut Newton, Horst P. Horst, Patrick Demarchelier, Steven Meisel, Mario Testino, etc...
I am just looking to have some fun, help others out with their photography, and learn about their line of work. It's all very intriguing.
