About Me

I'm looking to build my portfolio through several projects this summer to expand my marketing base through images. Ideally I want to network and find great pairings with models and photographers as a way to showcase all of us.
I have won awards for my henna art and face painting as well as having been a featured body artist for fashion shows.

That said, I am not about nudity. I'm not claiming to be a painter just so I can paint naked people. Ladies, if you want to wear pasties and a thong, I'm good with that. Men, a thong or briefs are fine. Primarily I use sponge and brush application with occasional airbrushing. Costume pieces and prosthetics are used in some of my designs. My projects, unless otherwise stated, are full body paintings not just cherries on a chest or a swish over the body. I am focused on creating characters and pieces of art and I want to create images that will benefit all involved.

I don't take myself too seriously, how can I? I paint people for a living! So please don't take yourself too seriously either. I am punctual, professional, laid back and easy going. I am looking to work with the same type of people. Senses of humor while working are a huge bonus.

For models: If you can act and bring the characters I create to life, I want to work with you. I use only FDA approved, cosmetic grade paints and materials. The process of creating a full work of art on a body can take anywhere from 4-8 hours, but I work as quickly as possible and do keep your comfort in mind. If you have a sensitivity to latex, please tell me in advance so that I may adjust the design or reassign to a non-prothetic design.
I am also looking for models for live painting demonstrations. I occasionally am asked to appear at conventions or cafes to paint a model as entertainment. Sometimes this is a paid position, sometimes it's for tips. Either way I am happy to share with you. Currently, I am looking for a model for one of these on Saturday, Sept 24th.

For photographers: The art creation process is a fairly involved one that can be done at my home so as not clog up your studio time if that is a concern. You are welcome to take process photos if you like. I know that you are looking to get that great, unique shot for you and the model- and I encourage that- but I need clear, unique shots that enhance and show my art as well. Please be willing and open to listen to my suggestions as well. I know how to style and pose for my art. I trust you, so please trust me.
