*My technical experience comes from formerly working in retail as a visual merchandising manager (lighting, steaming, pinning, prop and fixture incorporation). I've been responsible for looks at bebe, GAP Inc. and Club Monaco.
*My formal education in advertising and marketing has given me a wealth of knowledge in the professional side of the industry in addition to refining my already existing skills of engaging an audience and communicating a message.
*I have a natural finesse for balance, color and composition and a knowledge of patterns, textiles, apparel manufacturing and industrial sewing.
*I immerse myself in industry publications in order to forecast future looks and stay abreast of current ones as well as pull inspiration from vintage editorial, period pieces and international trends.
I mix high fashion with ready to wear pieces and vintage finds. I believe that you can never be too accessorized or too layered. My style is clean cut with a bit of an edge. Think New York polish with San Francisco functionality and Venice Beach cool. I also have a working knowledge of hair and makeup.
My goal on Model Mayhem is networking and future business opportunities as well as expanding my editorial portfolio.
