I'm a self-taught, East coast transplant, living in Los Angeles. My early years weren't spent making clothes for my GI Joe's, more like building ramps and setting them on their flying fiery death. Fashion was "the girl" I almost let get away. Many paths later, it was my creativity and passion that pushed me to teach myself to become a better designer. I needed to be able to create the pieces I saw so vividly in my mind. Starting a career in wardrobe for film and television in San Diego, I moved to my current home in Los Angeles to be closer to the film industry. My work began to get noticed for the right reasons and by the right people. My "girlfriend" had returned, a quiet love affair for fashion, from reading my mother's many fashion magazines as a child, had come full circle. The rest is all an adventure I cannot wait to experience.
