I was born and raised on the island of New Providence in The Bahamas, a subtropical climate, which continually influences and inspires me. From and early age I developed a love of clothing and fashion. I attended the Savannah College of Art and Design majoring in Fashion Design with a minor in Accessory Design, where I was able nurture and develop my talents. As a designer, my inspirations are mutli-facetted . They include movies referencing the past, historical places and events, architecture, nature, different world cultures, and other art forms. Though they may not be obvious, all of these things influence the creative process. My vision uses all of these aspects in some form to design timeless pieces for women of all shapes and sizes. It is also my firm belief that clothing construction is an art form where fashion designers use fabric as a three-dimensional canvas. With attention to detail, I seeks to create clothing to compliment and enhance the appearance of women who are themselves a work of art.
I joined MM to be connected the wonderful and wide world of fashion.
