This is to confirm that I, Darius Burnette is requesting to pull clothing for editorial submission, I will be pulling samples for an editorial shoot, which will be shot June 16, 2013 in Richmond, VA with Monica True Photography.

By doing so, I assume full responsibility for the safekeeping and prompt return on June 28, 2013 of all items loaned. In addition, all boutiques/and or designers will be fully credited in stories appearing in the editorial.
