Early 2006, I decided to bought myself a new DSLR (a Nikon DSLR) at surabaya. I've been interested in photography since I was in college, but never had any courage to deal with money I should afford if I'm falling in love deeper with photography. When I was in college, I always use Sony pocket camera , and found myself like a duck to water when I had my first DSLR. In that instant, I knew that I would be shooting for the rest of my life. But I also realize that it takes much much more than just clicking some buttons to be a real photographer.
And so my photography journey rolls on, embracing the amazing world of light capturing and image making. The more I learned, the more I found that as we are growing, photography will become more like image making and not just photo taking. Everybody can take decent photographs with good camera in their hands, but not everybody can make powerful beautiful images.
