Well, I guess there’s no better place to start than with my name…
My name is Jack Salzke, I was born in January of 1995 in a small town by the name of Wagga Wagga in NSW, Australia. I'm currently living in Melbourne, Australia studying photography at RMIT.
In 2011 I was awarded first prize in the 15 – 17 years category of the Veolia Environnement Wildlife Photographer of the Year, one of the largest wildlife photography competitions in the world, boasting over 41,000 entries in 2011 from 95 different countries around the world, being accepted into this competition is something to which wildlife photographers across the world aspire.
Photography is my life, and I’m always looking for new things to shoot, and always trying to help other people out with their photography, so if you have any inquiries about booking a photo shoot with me, or you have a question relating to photography, please drop me a line using the contact me section of the site.
