My name is Chelsea Carter, and I am a Cleveland based makeup artist. I have recently relocated from Los Angeles, and am so far loving the Cleveland makeup scene! I am experienced and certified in the art of makeup. I have experience on all ages, sexes and ethnicities. I love expressing myself through my talent, but also love to collaborate. I've worked on everything from weddings and portraits (senior and family) to creature/monster making, casting/molding/sculpting/painting, to pregnancy belly casting.
I have worked with and for companies like BET, FOX, Universal Studios, Sephora, Givenchy, Urban Decay and Esteé Lauder. I love natural beauty but always have fun with an avante garde look. I plan on adding hairstyling to my repertoire in the near future. I am joining model mayhem to get in touch with all of the great talent out there to collaborate with!
