What I look for in a model
- An ability to naturally emote, acting experience is a plus.
- Willingness to get a little dirty (body paint, makeup, etc).
- Natural or odd beauty which can be enhanced or added on to through the use of makeup and wardrobe.
- Being a circus freak, dancer or contortionist is a plus.
- Willingness to improvise and think outside of the box.
- Chameleons and Characters.

All escorts (friends, significant others, assistants) are welcome, as long as they are not disruptive to the shoot. Please let me know ahead of time if you are bringing someone with you. I prefer children not be brought to a shoot unless there is an accompanying adult who is capable of watching them for the duration of the shoot.

Paid Projects/Trade
My rates vary from project to project depending on what the shoot theme/concept is, how many people are involved and how many resources and how much time I'll need to provide for the shoot. The only Trade work I'm interested in at this time is publications or projects which I feel will greatly benefit my portfolio. Please message me for further details.

Genres/Style
You can get an idea of the different Photography genres I shoot, by viewing my Portfolio. I'm always open to hearing other peoples ideas and concepts. I'm very interested in alternative models and people with body mods/different fashion styles. The few things I'm not interested in shooting are pinup, swimsuit, underwear/lingerie (unless it's latex), girls in front of cars and closeups of private parts. It's just not my cup of tea. wink

Nudes
I'm always interested in exploring Nude Art as long as I can include my own artistic vision. I only wish to incorporate nudity if I feel it will enhance a shoot or add to it in some way. Any nudity that occurs during a shoot is usually discussed prior to it and/or I always ask a model permission before assuming they will go nude. Nudity is definitely NOT required to work with me.

Prints & Publications
Many of the photos I edit and submit online end up for sale via my redbubble website (http://www.redbubble.com/people/porcelainpoet). I do not make sales very often, but models need to be aware of this. I own the copyright of all the photos I take, therefore I can print and publish them, with due credit to whomever was involved in the shoot. Everyone involved in the shoot has equal rights to use the images for their portfolios. When my work is going to be published, I notify all involved parties of the shoot. I believe being published is very good publicity for all who were involved in the creative process.

Cancellations
Please don't cancel at the last minute unless there is an emergency (family, health, travel or otherwise). In the case of last minute/illegitimate cancellations, I will only schedule a re-shoot after I collect a cash or check deposit worth half the price of said re-shoot. (This does not apply to previously agreed upon Trade shoots, but it means your reputation with me may diminish if you cancel enough times).
