About me

Hi. My interest in photography began during my teen years, when I accepted the role of yearbook photographer. I shot all the school photographs using a 1954 Agfa 35mm camera. I learned how to develop them, setting up my own darkroom in my basement as a teenager....Let's say that experience peaked my interest, and opened up a whole world of imagery.

I am passionate about images that evoke emotion.

Presently I am willing to take on any assignment, but am particular interested in situations which allow me the time to explore the art of imagery. My specialty is photographing people, particularly in candid situations. I love emotion, and I particularly love to capture expressions which convey emotion.

I would like to use Model Mayhem to network with the modelling community in my city. I want to expand my portrait photography portfolio, but require models to do so. I am interested in experimenting with new and unique methods of capturing the expression of emotion in photographs.
