I am just a "small time" artist and photographer with my own independent art studio, which despite my best efforts to avoid the temptation, and my "stout" and overwhelming reluctance too . . . I am slowly being drawn into a much larger and a brighter arena.

In the past I have studied things from architecture (first love), architectual history, art and art history, to drawing and painting . . . as well as other media in between.

My primary area of interest and study at this time is again painting; the bright power of acrylics, my beloved "subtle" and "moody" watercolors, and last but not least, the mystical and magic of oil painting. I am currently studying various methods at this time, trying to expand my techniques that will eventually I hope, get me to the big show.

Recently I also discovered the joys of glass making, and I am presently studying and constructing; mosaic's, and the classical and structural design creations of stainglass (fascinating!).

"I follow my heart wherever it will lead me with my art" . . . ("huh, go figure?)

I was once . . . a "decent" photographer, so I have also returned to this form of media as well. I am recently converted to digital photography and videography, although I will still use the vaulted "black and white" film occassionally and quite sparingly; for those really "special" shoots.

"You will be hard pressed to find anything that can rival the raw strength, the energy, or the monochrome beauty of classical b&w".

For good, or bad . . . photography is becoming a larger portion of my artistic creations to date (so much faster than painting), but I am still trying to master the details and manipulation of the digital camera. At this time my primary photography, and my own artistic creation's lie in a "specific" realm of restrained, fetish art.

Many of the models who I have worked with in the past . . . were members of this website and I have finally been convinced to join them here, it is proven to be a most interesting place.

So, in the future I hope to meet and work with many other "similarly minded" and "interested" members of this site.

NOTE: I travel a few times a year; to the pacific northwest, thru the upper rocky mountain states, as well as up into Canada (and beyond); I also travel to limited areas of the mid-south (TX, LA, MO, TN).
