I am an artist with works in galleries in Seattle and the Short North area of Columbus (Terra Gallery). 

I am creating art that focuses on the many layers of a person, their seen and unseen worlds.  I am rapidly evolving my work by incorporating more figures in my work.  The figures are often sketchy, gestured, where the nuances of a pose are important elements of the mood.   I strive for a quiet tension. 

I am searching for models for collaborations that can move my art in this direction.  I am interested in models who can convey mystery or moodiness, whose pose can convey the inner world of the person, and who can bring something to the work.  I want collaborators. 

A session would consist of drawings from short and long poses.  I rework the drawings later and will create oil painting from the B+W sketches.  I would like to do an oil from the live model but do not seem to have the time for that right now.

Friends: I use the friends list to keep up with folks whose work really interests me, professional contacts, or actual e-friends.  I do delete folks from the friends list after a period of time with no communications or lack of common artistic vision.

My Lists: I add and delete pics from the lists as my opinions change.   The "Now thats .." list celebrates great single pics.  The "Two pics ..." list celebrate the artistry of individual models or photographers.  These are individuals whose portfolios show consistant excellence, style, elegance, edginess, professional effort, and/or vision while also showing diversity.  They produce a distinct vibe in their work that continues across photographers or models.  Their beauty or technique are just the beginning of the work they produce.  These models and photographers seem to raise the level of each other's work.
