I am mother, athlete, Health & Fitness Pro, nutritional consultant, motivator, and writer. I holds a B.S. in Exercise Science from FSU, and certifications with the National Strength and Conditioning Association(NSCA)-Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist(CSCS), American College of Sports Medicine-Certified Health and Fitness Specialist(CHFS), and Certified Health Coach (CHC) with American Council on Exercise(ACE). My love for health and fitness has led me to pursue fitness modeling and figure competions. Embodying that which I teach is not only inspirational to others, but allows my true passion for health and fitness shine.
