About MeI'm often told that I'm a very intense person; yet a part of me is simultaneously quite cognizant of the fact that one should never take themselves or life too seriously. For as intense as I can be, I'm simultaneously very easy-going -- just one example of my many paradoxes which I tend to think of as vibrant colors that make up the exotic palette of who I am.
As far as character traits go, I would describe myself as a very sexy, highly intelligent, usually quite articulate, sophisticated, incredibly adventurous and ambitious woman with a very strong sense of loyalty to those that have earned my affections.
Additionally, I'm real. I'm very authentic, and I'm probably one of the most genuine and sincere people you'll ever meet. I'm an incredibly honest and open person -- traits I find more and more each day aren't as universal as we may sometimes like to believe.
While I'm an extremely sentimental romantic internally and externally, I also have a pretty assertive, dominant, and even (sometimes) combative side, as well. Naturally, I’m an *extremely* outgoing person, tending to be the "life" of any party I'm at, but my "outgoingness" is always coupled with the utmost class. I present myself well, carrying myself as an extremely polite, well-spoken young woman with impeccable manners and an expansive vocabulary.
I'm 100% Palestinian Arab, although I'm American born. And although I'm no longer Muslim or spiritual in any way, my cultural heritage still plays an enormous role in my life.
I'm not the least bit shy or inhibited, and I'm a very fast learner. Additionally, I *love* modeling, posing, and trying new things!
I've been "out of the game," so to speak, for almost a few years now (as in, my activities haven't been directly related to advancing myself as a model), but modeling still comes very naturally to me.
However, for the time being, the main drivers behind my decision to resume modeling are 1) simply to get much more *experience* under my belt, 2) build an attractive, high quality portfolio, 3) and to earn some extra cash to help me with my schooling.
If you'd like to do any erotic photography with me, I must insist that it is of the "tasteful" variety. Because, even though I'm highly experimental and always open to trying new things, any kind of demeaning raunch just isn't my thing.
I've loved practicing yoga for over a decade now (yeah, I know it's cliche, but, eh, it is what it is...), and because my body is also hypermobile, I can pull off some pretty crazy positions and poses
Additionally, I'm of about average skill on my guitar, I love to read and I'm a skilled creative writer -- which is to say that I write copious amounts of material, whether it be on my blog, in emails, or erotic short stories I've composed.
Finally, I'm a HUGE music lover with a broad and sophisticated range of tastes. Music has always been a defining feature of my life, and I generally enjoy these genres the most:
Metal (Tool, Faith No More, 30 Seconds to Mars, Type O Negative, etc... metal is probably my favorite genre), hardcore (Deftones, System of a Down, Queens of the Stone Age, etc...), rock, prog rock/metal (Opeth, Porcupine Tree, Radiohead, etc... words cannot adequately express my love for this sub-genre), indie (Yeah Yeah Yeahs, MGMT, Ravonettes, Arcade Fire, Noisettes, etc...) psychadelic (Can, Silver Apples, Pink Floyd, etc...) punk rock/grunge (Nirvana, Pixies, Soundgarden, Alice in Chains, Pearl Jam, etc...), alternative (311, Eels, Blur, Coldplay, Incubus, Dispatch, Foo Fighters, Garbage, etc...), dubstep (Nero, Datsik, Skrillex, Eskmo, etc...), trance (Andain, Tiesto, BT, M83, etc...) house (Deadmau5 and Kaskade, etc...), jungle, d&b (Pendulum, Evol Intent, Logistics, etc...), trip hop (Tricky, Massive Attack, etc...), electronic (Zero 7, Air, etc...), singer-songwriter (or, as my friend Jeff refers to it, "Angry Lesbian Music") (Tori Amos, Fiona Apple, Eva Cassidy, Miss Li, Sia, Bjork, Poe, etc...), industrial (Fear Factory, Nine Inch Nails, etc...), avant garde (think Mr. Bungle and Stolen Babies), hell, ***Mike Patton ANYTHING***, various 60s, 70s, 80s, and 90s (The Beatles, Jimi Hendrix, Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young, Janis Joplin, Joni Mitchell, Elvis Costello [preeminent lyricist], The Beach Boys, Fairport Convention, Eric Clapton, Supertramp, Yes, Led Zeppelin, Queen, one Oingo Boingo album, etc...) , pop/a little bit of modern pop/R&B (Christina Aguilera, Britney Spears, M.I.A., Lauryn Hill, etc...), SOME Arabic music (Fairuz, etc...), ONE rap artist (Dessa -- I usually hate rap, but Dessa's different), and two jazz artists (Esperanza Spalding and Flying Lotus). *gasp*
