i believe in creating images that mean something, not just pretty pictures. my background is in fine art photography (BFA MassArt, Boston 2000). i tend to work mostly in black & white. i like to explore things that are a little outside the norm. scars, androgyny, gender fluidity, public displays of affection and exhibitionism are themes i'm currently working on (see my casting calls listed below). i enjoy pairing costumes with settings that contrast and create a sense of wonder. i always prefer to work with models who have a beautiful soul over a beautiful appearance. during shoots, i love to laugh and have fun, but am serious about creating good work! my model's comfort is always my first concern. ask any of my models (credited below) about their experience working with me. if you think you'd be a good fit for one of my projects or are otherwise interested in shooting with me, please send me a message.
