Sara Bryan is certainly a very unique hair-stylist and the industry is taking note. As the Director of Operations for Kelly Cardenas Salon, her red hair and incredible skill set refuse to go unnoticed. Starting her career within the hair industry at the age of 16, Sara was constantly looking for the next opportunity in order to make her mark on the industry she loves. Starting in a small salon in Florida as a reservationist, Sara has come a long way in a very short time to get to where she is now. Currently based in Las Vegas, Sara has opened three Kelly Cardenas Salons in Las Vegas, Chicago and San Diego, been invited to countless Paul Mitchell schools to educate the future of the industry, hosted her own academies everywhere from Hawaii to Chicago to Florida, and participated as a platform artist at hairshows both nationally and abroad.

While Sara’s accomplishments on the national and international stages are but distant dreams for most, she takes none of it for granted and refuses to forget her roots. Her schedule and accomplishments thus far are nothing short of jaw-dropping but what most people do not realize is that while Sara might be in different cities every weekend spreading her unfathomable knowledge, she spends every other day in the salon taking guests and continuously working on broadening her pocket of tricks. While she’s signing autographs, she knows the only reason she’s in her position is because she’s also one of the top earners in one of the most notable Paul Mitchell Salons in the country. “The only reason I have the opportunities that do is because, as a company, we eat, breath, and live ‘hair.’ Kelly bestowed the work ethic in me when I first met him and I’m just trying to do the same with the rest of our team and industry. We’re here to start a revolution.”
