About MeMy name is Alexander Fearnley, but everyone calls me Alex. I was born and raised in northern Virginia, and currently live in Warrenton, Virginia. My goal is to be a fitness model and/or professional body builder. As a child, I was very overweight and out of shape. While attending Fauquier High School as a sophomore, I was approached by the football coach and asked to tryout. Once I finally gave it a try, I found a new inspiration in my life – to be in shape. I began working out and running everyday and attending all of the preseason football training. To continue my fitness year-round I joined the wrestling team as well.
During my junior and senior year of high school I became interested in kick boxing. I started training at Chestnut Forks Gym in Warrenton. I competed in the Central Virginia Strong Man Competition and placed first in both. After high school, my passion for fitness continued. I became interested in Jujitsu and Mauy Thai, and started training at Olympus Gym in Manassas, VA. I was trained by the owner, a black belt in Jujitsu, David Trader. I also worked for the gym at the front desk, in addition to training seven days a week, twice a day. After about a year of training, the owner asked me to train cardio kick boxing as well as co-instruct Mauy Thai. I began competing in local and regional tournaments, making the podium in all. I went to two Grappler’s Quest Beast of the East tournaments and a local Copa Nova tournament and made the podium in all three. I continued training at Olympus for about another year and then began training at Johnny Curtis MMA, owned by the Olympic Wrestler. I was trained by Brandon Frye in Jujitsu for about a year. I am currently still training seven days a week at Anytime Fitness in Gainesville, VA.
In addition to my dedication to fitness, I am also deeply dedicated to a strict diet and nutrition plan. I follow a diet that maximizes my goals, such as a high protein/high carbohydrate diet to put on put on muscle. My dieting has taught me self-discipline and dedication I lacked as a child.
In June of 2011 as well as March of 2012 I was photographed by John Mitchell for bbpics.com. I enjoyed my experience being photographed by. He is a very skilled and professional photographer. He is open to suggestions from the models to produce the best results. He has a unique capability to capture not only the models physique, but his personality in each picture, as well.
