About me
The Empress is an actress, model, and writer. Since a little girl, The Empress has been adept at performing. She began singing at church, acting in school plays, writing poetry and short stories for school. She's always dreamed big. The Empress dreams of "changing the game", by changing the way African American women are represented in film, print, ads, and literature. She believes that she can be the catalyst of change that promotes positivity and a healthy image of not just what black beauty is, but beauty for all women. Currently, The Empress has modeled for various photographers in New York and Philadelphia. She's currently working to self-publish two novels, several short stories, and a calendar benefitting autism research (December 2012).
