About Me

Paul grew up in Dubai, has a Lebanese father and a Dutch mother. He is a model, ex-international rugby player and a Cordon Bleu chef.

Paul’s modeling career has recently elevated after being featured on the cover of Harpers Bazaar Men, as well as in several international ad campaigns. He has always been a sports enthusiast and is proud to have represented the Netherlands U20 international rugby team.

In 2011 Paul spent 8 months in London, studying at the prestigious Tante Marie Culinary Academy. After completing his Cordon Bleu diploma he trained in some of the UK’s top kitchens – including the 3 Michelin star Restaurant Gordon Ramsay.

Paul has now returned to Dubai to launch his career as a TV presenter – his dream is to one day share his passion for food and adventure on the Travel Channel!
