So here I am in a nutshell:
I work hard and consider myself professional, responsible, intelligent, positive, with a quirky sense of humor.
I'm hoping to get as much experience as possible in editorial, catalog, commercial, couture, and runway.
My work can be seen on Candice Wu Couture's website, Calico Clothing's website, and in promotional work for Zachary Allen designs (Boston Globe May 2012 and Boston's Channel 5, among other places). I have been signed with 2 agencies in Boston and am currently deciding whether to continue my contract or to work individually for a time. I also have experience in runway, acting, and dance (modern and ballet), so I take kinesthetic direction quickly.
I'm open to any new or daring ideas, excluding nude and suggestive work. I do not wish to be represented as a pin-up model. That said...
I love going "outside of the box" and experimenting with everything from lighting (e.g. extremes, such as chiaroscuro) and composition, to shooting in adventurous places. I don't get easily scared away from challenges, and will go to extremes to make a photo grab your attention.
I am looking to build a mixture of innovative and marketable pictures. I want to expand my portfolio and update my comp card, as well as try stranger/more "high fashion" type shoots. I have been receiving enough paid job offers that I will need to start being choosy in how many TF shoots I commit to, although don't let that scare you off from contacting me!
I love meeting new people and am looking for as much experience, constructive criticism, and opportunities as possible :)
My other interests include dancing, painting, writing, running, rock climbing, and music (I am attending college on full scholarship for classical violin performance).
