Marlo Holloway is a National Physique Committee of USA, INC certified bikini fitness competitor who recently took first place in the 2012 Southern Colorado Armed Forces Fitness and Bodybuilding Competition over 40 Master's Bikini Division. She also won second place in the Overall Masters Over 35 Division as well as third place in the Novice Division. Marlo has extensive experience in physical fitness, martial arts, and modeling. She was one of two Cardio Kick-Boxing Instructors at Gordon Martial Arts
in Crestview, Florida promoting a healthy lifestyle through martial arts, physical fitness and proper nutrition. As a Hapkido student Marlo achieved the rank of Second Degree Black Belt, certified through the National Korean Martial Arts Association..Article in March 2012 issue of TaeKwonDo times on woman conquering their fears in a male dominated sport. Also breaking the stereotypes of a woman in Martial arts.

Marlo began modeling Bridal Ware for Cherished Moments Bridal Store and expanded to model fashion for MemoryLane Photography. Subsequently, she has been featured in multiple commercials promoting martial arts schools and was the only female featured in the Kickpics 2012 Martial Arts All Star Photo Shoot. Her most recent event was a physical fitness photo shoot for Deitric Thompson Photography and Fast Action Cinema in Las Vegas, NV. While living and promoting a healthy lifestyle, her goal is to increase exposure for opportunities to illustrate that physical fitness and glamour for women over 40 are not mutually exclusive or unreachable goals!
