About me
I'm Helena Luster, born and raised in Dallas Texas. Started my modeling career six years ago with Toni & Guy.It's was them that gave me my first experience with runway. Ive worked in many different areas of modeling, such as promotional,artistic print,runway,fashion and bikini.Last summer I was fortunate enough to compete for Miss Buffalo Chip in Sturgis S. Dakota. It's was wonderful and I learned so much about myself. Words can not begin to express how grateful I am.
In my free time I enjoy reading and painting. A few of my favorite authors are David Sedaris,Jonathan Ames, Rumi, Jack Kerouac, and of course David's sister Amy Sedaris. Staying physical is of high importance to me as well, I mainly do long distance running and yoga. Though I like anything physically challenging such as rock climbing, cliff diving, hiking,swimming. Basically anything that is a challenge and makes me sweat.
One of my main goals as a model is to do world travel,and soak up as much life as possible. I have a severe case of wander lust. I feel it would help me grow in my career and as an individual. Another goal of mine is to do underwater shoots,as I hear it is one of the most intense forms of modeling. I'm looking to meet other models and artist who share my passion for the industry.
