About Me

My name is Devie and I'm originally from the sweet land of Maryland. My mother is from Baltimore and my father is from Washington D.C. So I always had the best of both worlds for art, music, fashion, and culture. I left Maryland in 2006 to attend Syracuse University in upstate New York. I graduated in 2010 and received a Bachelor's Degree in Visual Arts. During my last year at Syracuse University I was given the opportunity to travel and study abroad in Florence, Italy! Talk about beautiful art, culture, and tradition! I fell in love with Firenze and my houes mother Rita lol! After college I went moved straight down to the BIG city of NYC! My first 6 months in NYC I slept on a few couches and ate a lot of french fries lol. It was tough and its still TOUGH but I wouldn't be doing something right if it wasn't. I HAVE THE HEART, I HAVE THE SASSY ASS ATTITUDE (THAT YOU'LL LOVE), AND I'M SO DRIVEN! ART is FASHION....LETS WALK!
