In the main I'm a live performance/events photographer, and the bulk of my work is in burlesque and theatre. Depending on how broadly you read those fields, they may be the same thing. My tendency is toward the sorts of events that are likely to have costumes, fire eating, aerialists, hula hoops, and that sort of thing. Some of my landscape, cityscape, and portrait work is available for creative/advertising use through Getty Images.
Recently I've begun working in the studio, and I'm still fairly primitive in my studio shoots. My portrait and modeling preference has always been working with more or less natural light in more or less natural places, but the new adventure is - what's the word? - oh yes: interesting.
I approach photography as an art form rather than a daily grind (I have a Day Job), and there are several groups and models I work with regularly. Always open to considering creative collaborations and fresh faces and talents.
