Ms. Scarlett is a Certified Makeup Artist, and Professional
Hairstylist located in Orange County, Ca.
Her specialties are: Pinup/Vintage Makeup and Hair Styling, and
Airbrush Beauty Makeup. Ms. Scarlett is a Freelance Artist and will
travel all over Orange County and to LA/San Diego/Riverside Counties.
Scarlett usues only High Quality Makeup and tools, following City,
County, and State laws for Sanitation, Storage, and
expiration/disposal.
PRODUCTS
A few of the products Ms. Scarlett uses are: Graftobian, Ben Nye,
Bobbi Brown, Shiseido, Lumene, Urban Decay, and MAC.
She does not own any organic Tools, MAC Foundation, or Mineral Makeup,
however client may provide their own for the application process, upon
request.
*****Please note that Ms. Scarlett's kit is diverse, and she does NOT
only use MAC products. In fact, Ms. Scarlett prefers NOT to use MAC
Foundation, and does not own any.
Her MAC items include Highlighters, Blush, EyeShadows, Lipglass, and
Brushes ONLY.
Her Foundation's for Hi Definition Face Makeup are: Graftobian in
Palette Form, as well as Ben Nye Hi Definition Makeup Pots.
Her Foundations for Airbrush Makeup are: Temptu, which is s/b
(silicone based), and is 80 percent Waterproof/Smudge Proof (Sweat and
Tear resistant), as well as Kett Face Colors for Airbrush Face Art,
which is Water Based, and NOT Waterproof.
She does not use Alcohol Based AKA Body Art Airbrush Makeup, and
Scarlett does not use Airbrush Makeup for Body tans, Eyeshadow, or
Lipstick.

"I have been Styling for over 10 years professionally, and 15 plus
years total. I went back to school in '08 to learn Hi Definition and
Airbrush application techniques. I continually take courses, and stay
current with the latest Style Magazines, and TV Shows, Attend Beauty
related Events, etc. to keep up with the latest Beauty Trends, and
Applications.
I have worked in Salons as well as for professional Photographers and
Publications. I have also modeled, so I have been on both sides of the
camera and know what methods to use to bring out the best in the
individual, and hide any imperfections in photos.
I do not style all people alike, though you will notice a theme in my
work, a clean Makeup look...I style to bring out each person's inner
Beauty and show off their best traits. In the case where my creativity
is not requested, you may see a picture and go wow, I do not like that
work, but please remember, I am an employee and take direction as
required, so you may not like the colors, or hair style, but all of my
work is clean and as natural looking as possible. I pride myself in
avoiding the 'Cakey' or Clown look.
