As a little girl my mom would put me in modeling contests just for fun and i would win some of them. although my mom would not go for the costs, because she believed if your good enough to model you shouldn't have to pay a dime. I won the Lake Elsinore Outlets Strike a Pose modeling contest. They choose three girls out of about 400 and I was one of the three. The prize was a free one year contract with Ford and a couple photo shoots. This was when I was 14 and my mom discontinued modeling for me after that because it was too much work for her. now that I am 18 I am trying to get started again because I love modeling and it has always been something that I wanted to do. Modeling for me is being an icon, an inspiration, and helping designers show off their dreams. Its the fashion world, its hard work, competitive, and fast pace. Some just don't get it, that's why I want to be a model. To show others that it isn't just a pretty a face.
