Thanks for stopping by! I'm currently in Cedar City, UT doing model photography for Final Hours Photography. Final Hours Photography is so named because of the fleeting moments that is our lives are quickly passing by, so the photographs we take will keep these moments in our memory. Whenever someone looks at a photograph, they are instantly transported to that moment, remembering the smells, colors and details of the moment. When someone looks at a photograph for the first time, if the content is not themselves or anyone they know, most will create the story in their imagination, writing their own narratives and imagining how it might have been. This is where photography becomes an art. With my photoshoots, I try to tell a story. I have a narrative in my own mind that I attempt to manifest through photograph, so that the viewer of the photo will see my narrative or develop their own story. My background for taking photographs of models comes from making movies and directing people to act, creating a scene and capturing it on film. Whether it's shooting a model striking poses, or actors reciting lines, for me it comes down to creating a believable world that viewers can sink into.
