I'm an artist working with a variety of 19th century silver-based photographic processes, including ambrotypes (photos on glass) and tintypes (photos on metal). Just like paintings, these are one-of-a-kind objects, and take much longer to expose and process than film or digital. One of my sessions produces about 6 to 8 individual images. That's it. Take a look at my port to get an idea of what this imagery looks like.
Some people seem to get sensitive about friend requests, so here's my modus operandi... If I send you a request without an accompanying message, it's because you piqued my interest and I'd simply like to bookmark your profile for future reference. I am not idly collecting friends, nor am I guaranteeing a collaboration.
